UNDERCITY presents, Bart Skils

About this concert

[Concert Introduction] Bart Skils, who visited UNDERCITY about 10 years after his last visit to Korea. Representing Amsterdam techno, he returns to Seoul after one year. Bart Skils, a key artist who has been with Adam Beyer's Drumcode Records for a long time, has built his own solid sound with a firmly rolling groove, deep and hypnotic flow, and sophisticated build-ups that elevate the floor's energy. He has been a cornerstone of the Drumcode sound through numerous tracks such as 〈Your Mind〉 with Adam Beyer, 〈Roll the Dice〉, and 〈YKSI〉, and continues to maintain a consistent presence as a producer by reinterpreting the music of representative electronic artists such as Underworld, Moby, and Sven Väth in his own way. Having graced the floors of world-renowned festivals and clubs such as Awakenings, Time Warp, Berghain, and Fabric, he is set to take charge of the UNDERCITY night again with a long set exceeding two hours. Grooves and energy that are gradually built up in a long breath, not a short peak time set. One year after their first meeting at UNDERCITY last year, this will be a time to see what new flow Bart Skils will show this time.
